Job Description

ARHS Group – part of Accenture – is looking for an AI Governance & Compliance Officer for one of its clients at the EU Institutions in Brussels.

Role & responsibilities

  • Draft, Analyze and summarize AI policy documents, extracting key requirements and potential impacts on stakeholders.
  • Develop a comprehensive report detailing the compliance obligations for specific AI systems under new regulations.
  • Create and maintain an activity tracker to prioritize tasks related to regulatory compliance and implementation.
  • Prepare trainings and presentations  on technical content to audiences with varying technical levels
  • Draft clear and concise communication materials for stakeholders regarding regulatory changes and compliance procedures.
  • Independently manage a project timeline for a regulatory compliance initiative, providing regular progress reports.
  • Participate in technical discussions with AI engineers to understand the feasibility of implementing regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and deliver training materials on AI regulatory compliance to diverse audiences, adapting content to their technical understanding.

  • Technical Document Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to meticulously read, comprehend, and extract key information from complex technical and policy documents.
  • Requirement & Obligation Reporting: Skillfully translate intricate document content into clear, concise reports outlining requirements, obligations, and actionable insights.
  • Multi-Stakeholder Meeting Facilitation: Proven ability to organize, steer, and facilitate productive meetings involving diverse stakeholders.
  • Autonomous Task Prioritization: Demonstrated capacity to independently prioritize tasks, manage workload, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Concise & Effective Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling clear and impactful communication across a wide range of topics.
  • Autonomous Work & Efficient Reporting: Ability to work independently, while maintaining consistent and efficient reporting practices.
  • Technical AI Comprehension: Sufficient understanding of AI technical aspects to engage in meaningful discussions with technical experts.
  • Regulatory Enthusiasm: Strong passion for working on world-shaping regulations and a keen awareness of their impact.
  • Document Management & Version Control: Proficiency in managing documents and implementing version control in collaborative environments.

Any of the following would be considered an asset

  • Direct experience working with AI technologies.
  • Background in policy  implementation.
  • Experience in IT corporate governance and compliance.
  • Proven track record in delivering technical training.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
