Key Responsibilities:
• Problem Solver: Develop and maintain the Neo4j knowledge graph, implementing AI-driven features for contract analysis and negotiation to solve real customer problems.
• Ownership Mindset: Take full responsibility for AI projects, from design to deployment, ensuring they meet business objectives and deliver value to users.
• Collaborative: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers and backend developers, to integrate AI models seamlessly into the microservice architecture.

Required Skills:
• Minimum 3 years of Experience Required.
• Proficiency in Core Technologies: Strong experience with Neo4j, including schema design and Cypher queries, and familiarity with graph algorithms and data modeling.
• Machine Learning & NLP: Solid foundation in machine learning techniques and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), with experience in natural language processing for contract analysis.
• Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python and/or Java, with experience in data processing libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Data Integration: Ability to integrate AI models with microservices and APIs, and experience with ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Cloud Services for AI: Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and tools (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
• Containerization & Deployment: Experience with Docker and deploying AI models in containerized environments.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing AI models for performance and scalability.
• Data Security: Understanding of data privacy and security best practices, especially for sensitive contract data.
• Leadership Abilities: Proven track record of leading AI projects and mentoring team members in a collaborative environment.
• Customer Focus: Deep commitment to understanding and prioritizing user needs in all aspects of AI work.
• Business Understanding: Ability to align AI decisions with broader business goals and objectives.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate AI concepts clearly and listen effectively.
