Are you skilled in Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and experienced with the full ML/AI lifecycle, from training models to deploying them at scale? Do you excel at combining technical expertise with practical solutions to enhance business processes through predictive and prescriptive analytics? If so, you could be our next AI Engineer! 

Depending on your experience, we will consider you for either an AI Engineer or Senior AI Engineer role.

WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT  
As an AI Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing AI solutions that drive innovation, enable data-driven decision-making, improve operations, and enhance customer experiences. You will bridge software engineering and data science, focusing on deploying and integrating AI models to create scalable, efficient, and reusable solutions. 

Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include: 

• Building AI applications using Python and machine learning libraries, leveraging your software engineering expertise.
• Collaborating with Data Scientists, Platform Engineers, and ML-Ops specialists to develop impactful AI solutions. 
• Managing AI workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to ensure optimal performance and resource efficiency. 
• Designing scalable AI inference services for seamless integration with existing systems.
• Working with architects to refine AI solution design and contributing to solution planning phases. 
• Supporting end-users of AI solutions with a "you build it, you own it" mindset.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING  
We are looking for a new colleague who: 

• Has a strong foundation in Software Engineering and expertise in training, optimising, and deploying Machine Learning models for performance and scalability.
• Has experience developing, operating, and monitoring AI/ML models at scale, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent experience with Azure/AWS and willingness to transition to GCP).
• Possesses strong knowledge of AI development methodologies and tools such as Python, ML Flow, and Google Vertex AI.
• Works independently on complex tasks, engaging stakeholders as needed to ensure success.
• Demonstrates an MVP mindset and actively contributes to building minimum viable products within an agile team.
• Is proactive, willing to mentor others, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work.
