Profile
3-5 years of hands-on experience developing and deploying machine learning models in industrial or production environments.
M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field
Demonstrated in deploying frameworks for responsible AI/ML and leveraging these techniques for tasks such as natural language processing, image generation, anomaly detection, and optimization problems, delivering tangible results and measurable business impact
Leadership and Strategy :
Lead the development and implementation of AI strategies to address key business challenges and opportunities.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Collaborate with senior management to align AI initiatives with business objectives.
Advanced AI and Machine Learning :
Design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models to optimize processes and improve decision-making.
Utilize deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) for complex problem-solving.
Implement advanced techniques such as reinforcement learning, neural networks, and ensemble methods.
MLOps and Scalable Solutions:
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of AI solutions through effective use of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Leverage containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) to manage and scale AI applications
Technical Expertise:
Strong proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch)
Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure)
Proficiency in data visualization tools and SQL
Experience with MLOps practices,
Knowledge of Rust programming language, LangChain, LangServe, and Langraph & steel industry is a plus
