We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior AI enablement engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and integration of cutting edge AI solutions into our business processes. This is a highly technical and hands-on role where you will be work closely with senior team members to build AI systems leveraging technologies such as Generative AI (Gen AI), RAG, Graph based systems and LLMs. You will collaborate closely with software engineers and investment servicing business teams to solve complex business challenges in the asset servicing domain

Due to the role requirements this job needs to be performed primarily in the office with some flex work opportunities available.

What you will be responsible for

As AI Enablement Engineer – AVP  you will

  • Assist in Design, Develop and deploy AI/ML models and systems from scratch with a focus on GenAI, LLMs, RAG and Graph based systems
  • Support the integration of AI into the existing business processes to solve real-world problems in asset servicing business such as Middle office, Fund Accounting, Payments and custody.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including software engineers and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases
  • Optimize and fine tune AI models for performance, scalability and reliability
  • Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in AI/ML technologies including NLP, time series analysis and explainable AI and evaluate their applicability to business needs
  • Assist in ensuring AI solutions comply with regulatory and industry standards in the financial services domain
  • Learn to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive AI adoption across the organization
  • Focus on delivering high quality solutions with speed and impact

What we value

  • Technical expertise - Basic understanding of  Gen AI, RAG, Graph AI and LLM's
  • Proficiency in python. Having experience in other languages is a plus
  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP including AI/ML services
  • Exposure to machine language frameworks such as TensorFlow, Pytorch, Langchain, Open AI, Neo4J or similar and familiarity with data engineering and pipeline tools ( Hadoop, Spark, databricks) will be a plus
  • Knowledge of retrieval systems, embeddings, vector databases and knowledge graphs

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors, Masters in computer science, AI / ML or related discipline is a plus
