Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop automated systems and workflows utilizing Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), and Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
- Design and build scalable solutions for distributed systems using microservices.
- Work with state-of-the-art Generative AI models, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to create intelligent applications.
- Build and train custom models to address specific business challenges and improve existing processes.
- Implement AI-powered agents and chatbots to enhance customer/user experience and automate support functions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to define project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and explore opportunities for adoption within the organization.
- Ensure the responsible and ethical use of AI, considering fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation in model development.
- Document and present project outcomes, providing clear explanations of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on AI/ML or equivalent practical experience.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ for building AI-powered applications.
- Hands-on experience with popular ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) and libraries for NLP.
- Understanding of model training, optimization, and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, Azure Cognitive Services) is advantageous.
- Hands on Docker, Kubernetes experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative mindset for developing innovative solutions.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
- Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and a desire to experiment with emerging technologies.
