About the Role
At Sleek, we recognise the transformative power of AI in content marketing—but we also know that human expertise and strategic oversight are key to maximising its impact. As our AI Content Marketing Specialist, your mission is to leverage AI and automation to create high-performing, conversion-focused content that drives organic traffic and business growth.
You’ll be responsible for optimising AI-generated content for search intent, brand alignment, and audience engagement, working closely with technical SEO, social media, and the wider marketing team. We are looking for someone who can expertly manipulate AI tools to scale content production, improve search performance, and enhance conversion rates while ensuring consistency and quality.

About the Interview Process
1. Application: Please submit your CV, cover letter, and several work samples that demonstrate your success in utilising AI for enhancing content performance.
2. Introductory Call & Career Overview: A video call lasting approximately 30 minutes with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and gain insight into your experiences and expectations related to the role.
3. AI Content Task Review: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short, time-based content optimisation task.
4. Hiring Manager Interview: A conversation lasting about 60 minutes with the Hiring Manager to assess your task and technical qualifications for this position.
5. Behavioural Fit Assessment: A discussion of approximately 60 minutes, typically with a member of HR or the leadership team.
6. Reference Interviews & Coffee Chat With Team: We will conduct 2-3 brief phone or video calls with the references you provide and an opportunity to meet some of the team.
