Patrik is the team manager leading consulting services and being responsible for the Data Strategy, Management & Ethics team. Patrik studied at University of Kent and dedicated his early career to development of analytics and business intelligence before transitioning to advisory roles. In recent years, Patrik worked with some of Europe's largest organisations: supported an Energy client in the Netherlands; advised a major Retailer in Sweden; and built a strategy for a smart city in Saudi Arabia. Patrik enjoys spending his free time with his family and stays active by trail running and walking his dog, Molly.
As the AI Consultant, you will work on client projects at the intersection of data, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation. You will support the design, delivery, and implementation of practical solutions that help organisations use data and AI responsibly, efficiently, and strategically. You will:
Contribute to client projects focused on data strategy, AI use cases, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
Support the analysis of data and AI-related processes, systems, and organisational structures.
Assist in the design and documentation of operating models, roles and responsibilities, data ownership, and governance processes.
Help assess AI or data use cases, including risk and impact analysis, technical documentation, and regulatory alignment.
Work with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of data and AI solutions, including tooling, reporting, or platform support.
Collaborate with clients to map and prioritise their AI and data initiatives, helping to turn business needs into actionable plans.
Support internal and client workshops, including preparation of materials, stakeholder inputs, and facilitation logistics.
Stay up to date on trends in data management, AI adoption, and relevant regulations such as the EU AI Act or GDPR.
Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and project coordination with colleagues across consulting, technology, and industry teams.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. business, data science, technology, economics) or equivalent practical experience.
Up to 3 years of relevant experience in consulting, technology, data, or digital transformation roles.
Basic understanding of data management concepts (e.g. data quality, ownership, metadata) and AI lifecycle principles.
Interest in data and AI topics such as data governance, AI use cases, compliance, or digital innovation.
Willingness to learn about digital and AI-related regulations (e.g. GDPR, EU AI Act).
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.
Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced project environment.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Czech or another European language is an advantage.
