Position: Full Stack AI Developer

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Australian Eastern Time

Pay Range: 2,000 - 2,500 USD/month

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain machine learning pipelines that support the training and deployment of AI models.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand requirements and implement AI solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to enhance model performance and user interaction.
• Work with data engineers to ensure seamless data integration and availability for model training.
• Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements as necessary.
• Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and methodologies to enhance our capabilities continually.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming with a strong understanding of machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with Azure ML services and cloud infrastructure for deploying scalable machine learning solutions.
• Knowledge of machine learning lifecycle management and ML pipeline tools such as MLflow and Kubeflow.
• Familiarity with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
• Proven experience in AI engineering or full-stack development roles.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
