Who are we looking for?


We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Sales Business Developer with proven experience in selling Data & AI solutions. Ideal candidates should have a solid track record of selling advanced data services in the Belgian market, a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and their business applications, as well as a solution-oriented approach to customer relations.
As the Experienced Data & AI Sales Business Developer at Devoteam, you will drive new business opportunities, acquire new customers, and enhance the value of our existing customer relationships.
In this role, you’ll work to increase awareness, promote the adoption of Data & AI solutions, and drive business growth. You will have a significant impact on strategic planning, execution, and new account acquisition.

Qualifications

Your profile :

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B sales within Data & AI, with at least 7 years in complex multi-level engagements
  • Strong record in managing corporate accounts with c-level access & experience
  • Ability to build executive relationships with customers, influence their long-term strategic direction, and act as a trusted Data & AI advisor
  • Expertise in creating and executing account plans, resulting in a robust pipeline of Data & AI opportunities
  • Ability to identify and qualify use cases for Data & AI solutions, articulating key differentiators and business value
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and cloud architects
  • You will be responsible for driving customer engagement and adoption in all Data & AI-related activities
  • A strong network within the Belgian market is an asset
  • Commitment to self-development and staying up-to-date with the latest Data & AI trends
  • Team player who can inspire passion, vision, and energy in the full Devoteam ecosystem
  • Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is highly desirable
