Future of Work From Anywhere
The future is bright for work from anywhere.
Mostly due to the acceptance of remote work and technology making it easier to hire anywhere.
For example, platforms like Remofirst, Remote, and Oyster l (also companies that allow work from anywhere!) make the challenges of hiring in different countries simple.
Before, it was trying to understand complicated international tax codes, currency exchanges for payroll, getting visas and work permits, and more.
It’s often why companies have restrictions on current remote jobs.
But I think in the coming years, we’ll see more diverse and global hiring expansions. Increasing the volume of work from anywhere opportunities.
Exciting times ahead!
