• Research NLP algorithms for NLU, focusing on LLM, RAG, and LLM fine - tuning. Fine - tune models like GPT and LLAMA.
• Optimize NLU solutions with LLM knowledge and RAG. Use PyTorch and Onnx for model speed - up.
• Develop corpus collection/annotation tools, incorporating LLM for better data. Generate synthetic data with LLM.
• Develop NLU models with PyTorch/Onnx, including LLM pre - training and fine - tuning. Evaluate LLM performance.
• Build LLM - based NLU demos/products on Android, Linux, QNX. Use RAG for better user experience.
• Develop and maintain production processes for LLM and related tech. Set up LLM - based quality control.

Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications

Education

Required Skills

• Solid NLP knowledge, especially in LLM, RAG, and fine - tuning. Know GPT/LLAMA architectures.
• Experience in accuracy experiments and performance improvement using LLM.
• Proficient in C/C++ and script programming (Python, etc.). Familiar with PyTorch/Onnx.
• Native Mandarin speaker, may know dialects.
• Work well solo and in teams.

Preferred Skills

• Team - player and self - motivated.
• Fluent English, or other languages.
• Great coder for implementing LLM research ideas.
