DESCRIPTION

As the IT services market rapidly evolves, ELCA Cloud Services is seeking an intern with IT and Business background to conduct research and perform the implementation for a new exiting AI-based Managed Services solution. You will join our team to define an innovative service that addresses emerging trends, key opportunities, and customer as well as provider needs in the Managed Services domain that can be solved by means of AI. Together with us, you will then design the corresponding AI-based service for Managed Services and implement it using existing tools.

During this internship, you will gain experience in understanding user expectations, efficiency and compliance requirements, as well as development and implementation approaches in a dynamic sector. You will also be able to apply your technical competencies to realize a pioneering solution pilot that brings additional business value to ELCA Cloud Services’ service offerings.

OBJECTIVES

• Analyze the needs and opportunities for both ELCA Cloud Services as well as its customers regarding an AI-based service supporting Managed Services.
• Collect features that address possibilities and necessities in the Managed Services sector.
• Write a proposal for the AI solution to implement that lays out requirements and architecture.
• Build and test a pilot based on existing tools that showcases the innovative AI service aligned with ELCA Cloud Services' strategy.
• Demonstrate the value proposition by illustrating its potential impact on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Studies in IT (major topic) and Business (minor topic) or related fields.
• Base knowledge or interest in Managed Services and AI.
• Initial experience or interest in IT solution implementation.
• Skills in coding.
• Fluent in English and German
