What will you do everyday?
As an early member of the Suki product team, you will wear many hats. You will primarily contribute to Suki’s Clinical Documentation team, ensuring our AI-driven solutions continuously deliver best-in-class performance and user satisfaction.
In this role, you will oversee development, launch, and drive growth and product success metrics for various ML-driven initiatives. You will write excellent product specifications and work with engineering to ship your product. You will spend time with executive stakeholders, front-line clinicians, and ML and data teams to assist them, learn from them, and improve our product. You will establish structures that will enable us to execute at the next level of scale. You will work in close collaboration with our engineering leaders and help design systems that measure, improve, and guide users in leveraging our ML-driven features effectively.

Responsibilities
- Contribute to product vision, strategy, development, and execution of new ML-driven quality initiatives and features.
- Communicate product vision, requirements and constraints for product initiatives and releases to senior management and various stakeholders.
- Break down large projects into milestones, make trade-off decisions and get buy-in from cross-functional teams.
- Focus on product instrumentation and analytics and iterate based on data and user insights.
- Collaborate with clinicians and end users to collect and triage feedback, including statistical analysis of user feedback and quality ratings.
- Partner with ML teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to evolve quality evaluation methods and metrics.
- Manage pre-release evaluations, testing, plus A/B testing and experiment scale-up strategies.
- Conduct and design experiments related to prompts, prompt templates, and quality initiatives.
- Own data flows, tooling, dashboards, and infrastructure required to run continuous ML quality monitoring and improvements.
Requirements
- Computer science background with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in technology and 1+ year experience in product management
- Being up to date with latest technology trends in AI/ML and Generative AI and their applications
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with ML engineers or data scientists with solid understanding of statistical methods to measure and improve model performance
- Experience of working with large language models (LLMs), including designing and refining prompts to optimize performance and user experience.
- Proven track record with A/B testing or large-scale experiment design and analysis
- Hands-on product management experience of working with backend engineers on system design, experimentation frameworks, and architectures to support low latency interactive applications
- Familiarity with building or managing dashboards, data pipelines, or analytics tooling for quality monitoring
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and be comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

In compliance with the State of California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $110,000 and $120,000 in CA. This range is not inclusive of any discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
