As the Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the design, implementation, and optimization of the chatbot. Working closely with AI developers, IT teams, and healthcare professionals, you will ensure the product addresses both the needs of the users and the high security demands of healthcare IT environments.

You will be instrumental in ensuring that our AI chatbot integrates seamlessly with internal knowledge bases, ticketing systems, and cutting-edge machine learning (ML) techniques, helping to streamline IT issue resolution and improve the overall IT support experience for healthcare professionals.

Product Strategy & Vision:

  • Define and communicate the vision for the AI-powered healthcare IT help desk chatbot, ensuring alignment with both business goals and technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product teams, IT, and healthcare professionals, to understand key use cases and pain points within the healthcare IT support environment.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and continuously improve the chatbot based on user feedback, trends, and emerging technologies

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with AI and NLP engineers to ensure the technical feasibility of product features, including natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) algorithms.
  • Lead the coordination between technical and non-technical teams to deliver product milestones and ensure that product features meet user needs and regulatory standards.
  • Facilitate discussions and decision-making between product stakeholders, UX/UI designers, engineers, and data scientists.

AI/ML Integration & Product Development:

  • Own the product roadmap for the chatbot, defining new features and improvements based on ongoing user feedback, performance metrics, and market analysis.
  • Ensure effective integration of machine learning models (e.g., BERT, GPT, RNNs) and ensure high-performance levels of natural language understanding, intent recognition, and issue resolution.
  • Oversee the integration of the chatbot with internal IT systems, including knowledge bases and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).

Security & Compliance Management:

  • Work closely with the security team to ensure the chatbot complies with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR.
  • Define and enforce security best practices, including encryption, authentication protocols, and role-based access control (RBAC).

Continuous Improvement & Analytics:

  • Use product metrics (e.g., user satisfaction, issue resolution time, escalation rates) to continuously monitor and optimize chatbot performance.
  • Lead the prioritization of product improvements and new features based on data analysis, market feedback, and evolving business needs.

Client and Stakeholder Communication:

  • Maintain strong communication with the client team, ensuring all deliverables meet expectations and timelines.
  • Provide regular updates on progress, challenges, and key achievements to senior leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Federal Security Clearance is required for this job, which requires you to be a US Citizen
  • Must have 5+ years of product management, product strategy and product roadmap experience
  • Must have experience working on Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and /or Natural Language Processing (NLP) products
  • Must have data analysis and user experience skills
  • Prefer a AI/ML/NLP development background

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $74,700 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
