As a Product Manager in AI Developer Solutions, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a key leader, you represent the voice of the customer, developing profitable products that deliver exceptional value. Leveraging your expertise in product launch, you guide successful product introductions, gather essential feedback, and ensure outstanding client experiences. With a focus on scalability, resiliency, and stability, you work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that surpass customer expectations.

The AI Product team for Software Engineering enhances business value by using data-driven and advanced analytical methods to identify and accelerate high-value opportunities for over 40,000 software engineers. As a leader, you will manage AI/ML initiatives, develop partnerships with senior technology leaders, and collaborate with diverse partners to improve speed-to-market and quality, increasing total addressable market (TAM) penetration.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Owns a portfolio of value-focused AI/ML initiatives, leading to actionable insights for senior technology leaders to maximize TAM penetration.
  • Develops defensible business cases and ROI models to prioritize opportunities and optimize financial outcomes.
  • Conducts market research, data aggregation, and analyses using industry-leading data sets and analytical approaches.
  • Directs strategic thinking and approach, guiding teams through complex problem-solving.
  • Crafts clear and coherent narratives, leveraging creative data visualization and compelling storytelling for opportunity prioritization and stakeholder buy-in.
  • Influences the strategic agenda by being an objective, data-driven thought partner and advisor to senior leaders.
  • Directs initiatives, priorities, and demand; mobilizes teams with the right mix of skills, experience, and backgrounds for each initiative.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience with data-driven approaches to growing business revenue leading to higher TAM penetration.
  • Fluency with large data sets, advanced analytical tools, and problem-solving approaches, as well as the ability to think through abstract issues/problem sets.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, influencing, and executive-level communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, math, or engineering discipline or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • Financial services industry experience with exposure to the software delivery lifecycle
  • MBA and/or advanced business analytics degree from a top-tier program
  • 7+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm focused on strategic data-driven business intelligence
