Powered by AI, driven by impact – We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead the charge on Trullion’s AI-first transformation. Own the vision, shape the strategy, and deliver intelligent solutions that redefine how accounting works. Responsibilities

• Drive strategy of our AI roadmap, working closely with executive and engineering leadership to scale AI innovation across the platform.
• Lead AI product strategy and execution across Trullion’s six AI-driven products.
• Collaborate closely with product managers to understand their needs and identify AI-driven opportunities.
• Work hands-on with AI and R&D teams to develop and implement cutting-edge LLM-based solutions.
• Define and refine AI product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
• Participate in AI research efforts and contribute to defining the system architecture.
• Manage the full AI workflows lifecycle, from ideation to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Drive technical discussions, evaluate feasibility, and ensure scalability and performance of AI-powered features.
• Translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Maintain strong organizational discipline to oversee multiple AI initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, technologies, and industry best practices to drive innovation within Trullion.

Requirements

• 3+ years as a Product Manager with a strong background in AI.
• Experienced in fast-paced startup environments, demonstrating agility, adaptability, and a hands-on approach.
• Proven track record of managing AI-driven products from research to production, working cross-functionally with R&D, AI teams, and product managers.
• Strong analytical skills, using data to inform product decisions while effectively balancing multiple initiatives.
• People-first leader with excellent communication skills, translating complex technical concepts into business impact.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

Qualifications:

• Experience building/scaling cloud-based AI & LLM-powered applications- required.
• Hands-on experience with AI SaaS platforms and enterprise-grade AI solutions- required.
• Familiarity with accounting workflows or B2B financial software.
• Understanding of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of MLOps best practices and strategies for production-grade AI deployments.
