Meet your team

SAP’s newly established Business AI growth area brings together product development, marketing, go-to-market, and services teams into a dedicated end-to-end unit, led by a General Manager. The focus is on accelerating SAP's AI foundation, scaling AI swiftly across the product portfolio, driving customer adoption of SAP Business AI, and fostering collaboration within the team. As part of this unit, you will have the opportunity to influence SAP's AI strategy and make an impact.

What you'll do

In your role as Working Student supporting our AI Partner Product Management Team your specific tasks include but are not limited to: 

• Support with coordination tasks of the Office team 
• Help with setting up project teams and participate in projects working closely with other offices and business units of the AI area 
• Managing internal and external correspondence 
• Engage with internal taskforces to collect regular updates on key initiatives and to provide feedback 
• Support alignment on strategic topics of the Office with other business units, offices and beyond 
• Coordinate internal requests and support with efficient expert involvement 
• All other ad-hoc support as needed by the team

What you bring

You are currently an enrolled student at a university or a university of applied sciences: 

• Studying preferably in the fields: Business Administration, IT Management, Operations, Management, or similar 
• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office Tools 
• Background in IT is beneficial 
• General understanding in AI Field and LLM
• Ability to work in an agile and fast paced work environment 
• Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently 
• Hands-on mentality and ability to process complex issues in a simplified manner from conception to delivery 
• Fluent in German and English, written as well as spoken
• Working from Walldorf office required
