What you can expect as a Working Student in Data Analytics / AI in the Customer Experience area (m/f/d)

• Leverage your technical knowledge of Data Science / AI to contribute to the development of models that enhance customer analytics
• Collaborate with the team to transform AI capabilities into practical applications driving customer satisfaction
• Participate in the continuous evolution of our analytics methodologies, incorporating AI-driven solutions
• Support the team in ongoing projects with your innovative and creative thinking

What you bring as a Working Student in Data Analytics / AI in the Customer Experience area (m/f/d)

• Currently a senior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field

• Hands-on experience gained through course work, projects, or internships with a focus on AI, Machine Learning, and/or Data Science

• Solid understanding of Generative AI technologies and their potential applications

• Strong programming skills, particularly in Python and SQL

• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and think creatively

• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills
