Who You AreWe're looking for a young, talented developer to join our marketing team at Jolera. 
We're seeking someone with energy and innovative vision who can manage our WordPress website and develop creative and technical solutions to enhance our digital presence. 
This role requires expertise in both the technical aspects of web development (including custom code and Divi theme) and the use of the latest AI tools for website creation, video production, and digital content. 
You should be skilled in text-to-image and text-to-video AI technologies to create compelling visual content. Our goal is to drive digital marketing efforts with a strategic and creative approach. Preferred location: Poland, Sri Lanka, or Portugal

What You Will Do;
• WordPress Development: Manage and optimize the company's WordPress website, using custom code and the Divi theme to ensure performance andattractive design.
• AI Web Development Tools: Utilize AI tools for web development such as Lovable, Bolt.new, and V0.dev to create innovative elements and pages.
• Visual & Video Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual content and videos using AI tools like Canva, Leonardo.ai, and text-to-video platforms for our digital marketing campaigns.
• Digital Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to define and implement strategies that increase website traffic, engagement, and brand visibility.
• Technological Innovation: Bring fresh and innovative ideas to our campaigns, helping Jolera stand out in the market through the use of emerging technologies.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, WordPress, AI, and content creation tools.
Requirements:• Proven experience in WordPress development, with solid knowledge of the Divi
theme and custom code.
• Proficiency with AI tools for website creation (Lovable, Bolt.new, V0.dev, etc.)
• Skill with creative tools such as Canva and Leonardo.ai (text-to-image)
• Experience with text-to-video AI tools for creating engaging video content
• Knowledge of modern SEO techniques and website optimization for search
engines.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies and how to apply them to
expand online presence.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing
campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with digital marketing analytics tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with additional AI tools and their applications in digital marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio demonstrating previous projects with WordPress, AI-generated videos,
and other AI tools.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimize user experience
