  • Develop and execute strategic partnership plans to drive Web3 ecosystem growth within the AI space, focusing on decentralized cloud compute infrastructure.
  • Identify and engage with potential partners, including AI companies, blockchain projects, and other stakeholders in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and new partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Manage and optimize multiple business development channels to activate and maintain partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, technical) to create and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) to maintain accurate records of client interactions and track the progress of partnership initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to inform and adjust strategic decisions.
  • Represent the company at conferences, industry events, and other networking opportunities, including participating in speaking panels and workshops.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or a relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • Web3 AI guru: Always on top of all the developments happening in the Web3 AI space.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a similar strategic role within Web3 AI companies.
  • Proven experience in forming strategic alliances with AI companies and other Web3 projects.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Airtable, Notion) is required.
  • Ability to travel at short notice to represent the company at various industry events and conferences.
