In this position

Hailo is looking to hire a motivated and skilled Logistics Coordinator for a part time position (80%).

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, inventory, and export activities.

In this role, you will handle critical tasks such as managing inventory processes, overseeing kitting operations, and coordinating exports. You will be instrumental in supporting internal demand fulfillment and driving operational efficiency.

Your contribution will be vital to ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products, enhancing customer satisfaction, and maintaining the seamless flow of goods across our operations.

In this position

Responsibilities

• Perform pick and pack operations.
• Physical receiving and shipping of goods.
• Execute system transactions, including IR (Inventory Receipt) and IA (Inventory Adjustment).
• Manage warehouse tools, packaging, and labeling materials.
• Support internal demand fulfillment activities.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts.
• Handle FIFO arrangements for inventory and conduct expiration checks for stock.
• Manage raw materials (RM) required for kit production and assemble production kits.

Requirements

• Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics.
• Familiarity with working with ERP system to perform transactions
• English (writing and reading)
• 4 working days from the office
