As VP Product at Bounce, you will lead our product strategy and execution across our entire platform, driving innovation in both our B2B and B2C offerings. You will build and lead a high-performing product team while working closely with executive leadership to shape the company's strategic direction and product vision.

How You’ll Spend Your Time

As VP Product, you will:

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy that aligns with company objectives and market opportunities
• Build, mentor, and lead a team of product managers, designers and marketers while fostering a culture of excellence and data-driven decision-making
• Drive product innovation in the debt management space, leveraging AI and automation to create breakthrough solutions
• Own the product roadmap and prioritization across multiple product lines, balancing business impact with technical feasibility
• Establish product development processes and metrics that enable rapid iteration and measurable outcomes
• Partner with executive leadership to define company strategy and growth initiatives
• Lead stakeholder management across engineering, design, sales, compliance, and external partners
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to ensure product-market fit
• Create and monitor product KPIs that drive business growth and user satisfaction
• Guide the evolution of our product to maintain competitive advantage in the fintech space

Requirements

What you'll need:

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior product leadership role
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B and B2C products, preferably in fintech
• Experience building and leading high-performing product teams of 5+ people
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience working with AI/ML products and understanding of their applications
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Track record of successful stakeholder management across global teams
• Deep understanding of product analytics and experimentation methodologies
• Strong understanding of financial services, lending, or debt management industry - A Plus
