PROFILE/ FUNCTIONTo be a key member of this dynamic team, you should have expertise in the design, creation, management and business use of large datasets. You should have excellent business and communication skills to be able to work with business owners to develop and define key business questions, and to build data sets that answer those questions. You should be expert at designing, implementing and developing stable code for user facing reporting. Above all, you should be passionate about working with data, discovering anomalies and trends, someone who understands data and can apply it to answer business questions and drive change. The Business Intelligence Reporting Team works with various business units to provide the key performance indicators and detailed information required to help make business decisions by identifying trends and patterns in stored operational data.
Essential Job Duties
Work with business units to enhance reporting environment and adapt to changesKey Responsibilities:
12-15 years’ experience in delivering Business Intelligence content to end users using various front-end tools (Microsoft SQL Server 2008, Oracle. Should have played database architect role in at least two end to end large scale engagements, prior experience in designing data models, data loading processes.
Tools:
MS Reporting/Analysis Services 2005 & 2008, SSIS and DTS packages,
SQL Server 2012/2016, Oracle 12c, FileZilla, WinSCP, SSH Secure Shell and WinZip tools, Various ETL Engines
Languages:
SQL / PL/SQL, XML, Oracle
Post-Graduate/Graduate (IT Qualification Required: BE IT/BCA/MCA preferred or/and Certified Course from reputed IT institutes)
