Test & Optimize AI Conversations: Simulate customer interactions to identify misinterpretations, unnatural responses, or logic breaks. Refine prompts and flows accordingly.
Train AI Using Real-World Data: Analyze call recordings, chat logs, customer FAQs, and client documents to enhance AI comprehension and response quality.
Monitor Live AI Performance: Review live AI-handled calls and chats to identify issues and continuously improve response quality and conversational flow.
Implement Client-Specific Changes: Manage prompt and knowledge base updates for existing clients, ensuring smooth rollouts and proper documentation.
Basic CRM Checks: Confirm that booking details, names, and phone numbers are accurately extracted by the AI and correctly populated in the CRM calendar or contact record.
Consistently deliver assigned tasks, updates, and client modifications within agreed timelines and to a high standard of accuracy
Proven experience with AI prompt engineering for voice bots and/or chatbots (e.g., Synthflow).
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills – critical for testing, understanding client feedback, and crafting natural-sounding dialogue.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive, analytical mindset.
Ability to write clear, conversational prompts that work across voice and text channels.
Basic familiarity with CRM systems – able to check calendars and verify whether customer information is being correctly logged.
Experience working with structured data formats like JSON and simple tools such as Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to independently manage tasks, prioritize workloads, and troubleshoot problems across multiple projects.
