We are seeking an experienced VLSI Design Team Leader and Project Leader to lead our chip design efforts. In this pivotal role, you’ll be managing a team of talented design engineers and be responsible for the end-to-end design flow, from architectural definition to coding, synthesis, verification, DFT, physical implementation, and hardware/software integration.

About Us:
VLSI group is responsible for the development of NeuReality next generation SoC for AI Compute. The development starts from product definition through architecture, design, verification and up to implementation.
The complex SoC is a high-performance device running AI computer for vision and audio processing, with technologies from multi-disciplines.
· 7+ years of hands-on experience as a VLSI design engineer.
· 5+ years of successful team management.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field from a reputable university.
· Strong SoC background and proficiency in EDA tools for design and verification.
· Experienced in overseeing development of SoC designs and/or complex clusters, through micro-architecture definition, design, verification, synthesis, linting, integration and physical design.
· Strong project management skills, through project planning, execution, and tracking.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills, experienced in effectively managing internal and external stakeholders.
