As a Product Delivery Manager within the Machine Learning Operations Intelligence team, you will promote the end-to-end execution of the product's vision and prioritized roadmap agenda. Your role will involve ensuring the team's health and wellness, maintaining transparency and communication regarding ongoing work until its completion. You will also collaborate with product and technology teams to address any obstacles hindering productivity and continuously foster a unified culture through promoting team collaboration.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of area product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Focus on risk and controls
  • Partner with Product Owners (PO’s) / Area Product Owners (APO’s) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
  • Plan and deliver the execution of product roadmap
  • Monitor Jira hygiene and enforces Jira standards
  • Manage product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability
  • Release Management and communication
  • Identify & management of issues
  • Support the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile
  • Manage dependencies, including inside and outside of product area


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills :

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of experience
  • Expert knowledge in all business processes across an entire line of business, as well expertise in other lines of business and technology disciplines
  • Strong understanding of firm-wide risk and controls
  • Understanding of global and line of business project and program management standards and methods
  • Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
  • Strong understanding of Agile methods; stakeholder management; budget management, risk management and operations
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Open to change, with the ability to quickly learn new processes and adapt in a fast paced-environment
  • Self-starter with strong initiative
