As a UX/UI Developer, you will be responsible for creating user-centric designs that enhance the user experience across various platforms and devices. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design intuitive and engaging interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research and gather insights to understand user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.
• Develop and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across products.
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and provide guidance on best practices for responsive design.
• Perform usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs and improve user experience.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions.
• Work effectively in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups.
• Communicate design concepts and decisions clearly to stakeholders, facilitating discussions and gaining buy-in.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Developer or Designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and completed projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping.
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
