In this role, you will
Whitelisting and account setup: obtain necessary permissions, liaise with platform support, and ensure compliance with Meta policies
Analytics setup: integrate internal tools, configure Pixels, and ensure accurate data tracking
Campaign launch & optimization: create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to maximize performance
Creative development: collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce high-converting ad creatives; conduct A/B tests on formats and messaging
Testing and scaling: plan and run A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and funnels; analyze results and scale successful campaigns
Cross-team collaboration: work closely with CRO, Analytics, Product, and B2B teams to synchronize data, integrate offers, and share insights
It’s all about you
2+ years of experience in User Acquisition/Performance Marketing
Proven hands-on experience with Meta Ads
Strong skills in whitelisting/account setup (access management, support interactions, billing, compliance with Meta policies)
Expertise in campaign types, targeting strategies, ad formats, and Meta moderation rules
Experience managing large daily budgets in Tier 1 markets
Strong analytical skills and experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar tools
