United Tech is expanding in Tier-1 markets and launching new apps! So, we are looking for a User Acquisition Manager to drive this growth. In this role, you will scale acquisition strategies and develop new approaches to working with ad networks and user growth. Also, you will work closely with top-tier product, design, and analytics teams, sharpen your analytical, creative, and leadership skills, and directly influence the success of high-impact projects. In this role, you will
Launch and manage user acquisition campaigns for the company’s apps across advertising networks (Facebook, Snapchat, Google, Moloco, and others)
Build and test creative strategies and formats to improve upper-funnel performance
Design and execute buying experiments, validate hypotheses through data
Explore and scale new traffic sources
Contribute to the launch of new products and expansion into new markets
Analyze campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize key metrics
It’s all about you
1+ year of experience in mobile app marketing, specifically in user acquisition via performance marketing
Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Facebook, Google, Snapchat (bonus if you worked with DSPs: Moloco, Applovin, Mintegral, Unity, etc.)
Solid skills in working with analytics and BI tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Tableau, or similar)
Strong communication skills: ability to structure your thoughts, present results clearly, and build effective communication with both internal teams and external partners
Comfortable working with quantitative and qualitative KPIs and meeting deadlines
Self-motivation, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Would be a plus:
Experience with automation of UA processes:
setting up automated rules
working with automation tools
participating in the development of internal automation solutions
