The AI domain is rapidly evolving and inherently complex. As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to establish exceptional standards of innovation and design craftsmanship.
Abstract thinker. You thrive in navigating ambiguity and able to connect the dots from user needs, business goals and feasibility.
Human-centered. You prioritize validating problems through comprehensive customer insights and rigorous UX research before exploring potential solutions.
Creative storyteller. You leverage mental models, mockups and other tools-for-thoughts to effectively communicate ideas to your team and senior stakeholders.
Design excellence. You set a high bar for visual design execution. You will maintain our local system that complies to the main design system.
- An exceptional portfolio demonstrating thoughtful design rationale and superior visual design skills
- Comprehensive understanding of UX principles and human behavior in digital interfaces
- Proficiency across the entire design process: user research, ideation, concept development, validation, prototyping, visual design, and implementation support
- Commitment to staying current with emerging trends in both AI and UI/UX domains
- Ability to champion best UX design practices and influence team approach through expertise and collaborative leadership
- Advanced Figma proficiency (required)
- Strong prototyping skills (required)
- Experience with design systems
- Background in AI product design
- Motion design expertise (e.g., After Effects, Lottie, Rive)
