Job Description
1. Participate in the company's targeted job training or job rotation training projects;
2. Complete tasks related to product PRD writing, data analysis, project follow-up, recruitment, and cultural development;
Recruitment requirements
Graduates of the class of 2023 to 2024, with a bachelor's degree or above (no major restrictions, marketing, international business, language related majors are preferred);
2. Fluent in both Chinese and English (with proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in business scenarios, with English as the daily working language). Due to business coverage in markets such as North America, priority will be given to obtaining a US visa. (Training programs will need to be conducted in the US office later on);
3. Strong interest in product, marketing, sales operations, personnel, and management positions, willing to participate deeply in the entire process of data analysis, event planning, project follow-up, recruitment, etc., able to adapt to the rapidly changing work pace, and have a certain ability to withstand pressure;
4. Clear logic, quick learning and cross-cultural adaptation ability, skilled in team collaboration and cross departmental communication (experience in student union/club cadres, large-scale event organization is preferred);
5. Proficient in using Office software and mastering basic data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI
