Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
Crafting and implementing various asset creation and management tools ranging from exporters to content creation tools, to asset management tools, to build tools, to frameworks
Maintaining and supporting existing and new and infrastructure as needed
Working with content creators, designers, and other specialists to document requirements and ensure tool design specifications are met
Design and development of user-friendly interfaces for content creators
You’re awesome because you have…
Experience with building AI tools – Behavior Trees, HSM
The ability to collaborate and thrive as part of a creative team
Creativity in problem solving and a positive, respectful team-first attitude
Organization methods and the capability to meet deadlines
Comfort with self-critique and accepting outside feedback
A habit of regularly playing and understanding modern video games
Strong English skills, spoken and written
Bonus points for…
General experience with animation tools and pipelines
Experience with writing in-game debugging tools for internal use
Enjoyment of playing a variety of video game genres and titles
