Responsible for data analysis of TikTok e-commerce's US logistics operations2. Maintain & improve operation performance index; assist top management to monitor the weekly and bi-monthly operation performance; analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports3. Cooperate with logistics team to set strategy, e.g. Fulfillment network design, warehouse efficiency optimization, capacity management4. Follow-up data analysis of operation teams in several overseas markets, support operation and provide optimization suggestions5. Cooperate with Products and ETL teams to define system requirements, build data products, improve and roll-out product features to support businessQualifications1. Degree holder in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operation Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science 2. Proficient in SQL and familiar with Python or RPreferred Qualifications1. Experience in US logistics or US E-Commerce site fulfillment process (Amazon FBA/SFP; Ebay/Walmart/Shopify) is a strong plus2. At least 5 years of working experience in logistics or supply-chain related data modeling analysis; Familiar with fulfillment network design, inventory management, US local logistics carrier optimization.3.
