Job Description

  • During your thesis, you will research current approaches and technologies in the field of GenAI.
  • You will analyse existing internal communication structures and identify areas for improvement.
  • Furthermore, you will develop a conceptual framework for using GenAI to optimize internal communication.
  • You will implement and test a prototype that addresses the identified areas for improvement.
  • Last but not least, you will evaluate the results and derive recommendations for practical implementation.

Qualifications

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Informatics, Communication Sciences or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: MS Office
  • Personality and Working Practice: team player, analytical, structured, communicative, willing to learn, independent, solution-oriented and highly self-motivated to bring the thesis to a success
  • Languages: very good in German and English

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 4 months
