Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Data Anaytic Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, business intelligence, and analytics. As a dashboard developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying the dashboards. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into effective and visually appealing solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop and maintain data platform and dashboards to meet business requirements.
• Data Integration: Integrate data from various sources, including databases, flat files, and APIs, into the data platform and dashboard.
• Visualization: Create interactive and visually appealing data visualizations and reports using dashboard application like PowerBi, QlikSense and etc, and their advanced features.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize dashboard applications for performance, including data loading and rendering times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and other stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
• Testing and Documentation: Conduct thorough testing of dashboard applications and document the design, development, and deployment processes.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing dashboard applications.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: 
  • >4 years of experience in in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field is expected.
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Well versed with programming knowledge such as SQL, Database Knowledge etc. 
  • Good change management skills with ability to initiate change and manage change effectively.
  • Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, flexible and creative.
  • Willing to work on flexible schedule and travel extensively to operating units.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in dashboard application like PowerBi or QlikSense, including scripting, data modeling, and visualization.
  • Strong understanding of SQL and data query languages.
  • Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
  • Familiarity with other BI tools e.g., Power BI, QlikSense is a plus.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in PowerBi, QlikSense or related technologies.
• Experience in Automotive industryor retail/trading business. 
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
