Position summary: 

The “Technology Expert Artificial Intelligence” is a specialized technical role responsible for aligning AI services and technologies with strategic business needs and Nestlé’s IS/IT strategy and architecture. You will integrate technology into architectural designs, provide solution recommendations, and implement solutions when needed.

The “Technology Expert” will have a base knowledge on Artificial Intelligence and will be experienced in technical architecture design; as there will be distinct positions to cover AI technologies across different areas we will evaluate candidates with experience in:

• managing, securing and deploying various categories of devices with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), VMware Workspace ONE or Jamf Pro;
• managing, securing and deploying user productivity and collaboration solutions leveraging Microsoft 365 platform;
• advanced development of applications leveraging ServiceNow, Azure PaaS or Power Platform, in particular integrating AI capabilities.

We are open to evaluate applications both from "Technology Experts" and "Tech Leads" considering the seniority of the candidates. 

A day in the life of a Technology Expert Artificial Intelligence:

• Work with Product Teams to identify and analyze emerging AI technologies; assess their impact and integrations on our products and services.
• Support Proof of Concepts, influence the selection of the solutions to be implemented at scale; influence strategic IT partners to tailor their direction to Nestlé’s requirements.
• Support defining an architecture roadmap on AI and related technologies and reviewing implementation requests for new AI-based solutions.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Tech Leads, Tech Experts and Enterprise Architecture to ensure alignment with strategy, priorities and goals of Nestlé.
• Develop alliances with businesses and functions to understand Nestlé’s needs and support the design of business scenarios and use case definitions.

What else will make you successful?

You have a curious and open-minded nature, not afraid to ask questions or inject a bit of fun into your work. You have experience in designing, integrating, and managing complex IS/IT solutions. You understand system engineering, information risk, security guidelines, architecture standards, design and integration. Lastly, you have effective communication skills in English, familiarity with project management methodologies including agile and design thinking, and are comfortable working in a global, virtual team setup.
