Job Description Summary

Location: Hyderabad

Support developing and scaling AI-driven solutions that optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive digital transformation in key areas of a life sciences organization such as commercial operations, research & development, supply chain, patient engagement etc. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical expertise, product management acumen, and stakeholder engagement skills to build impactful AI-powered solutions.

Job Description

Major accountabilities:

• Design and deploy AI-powered platforms, such as predictive analytics tools, intelligent automation, and enterprise AI assistants.

• Lead end-to-end AI product lifecycle management, from conceptualization to deployment, with a focus on user adoption and business impact.

• Identify high-impact automation opportunities using AI to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

• Bridge between business and technology teams, translating complex GenAI capabilities into business-friendly solutions.

• Engage with external vendors to evaluate and integrate cutting-edge AI technologies.

• Ensure the overall user experience is taken into account when designing new solutions and services -Take accountability to ensure adherence with Security and Compliance policies and procedures within Service Delivery scope.

Minimum Requirements:

• 7 Years of experience and hands on exp in Gen AI

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• Influencing without authority.

• Ability to work and lead (a cross-functional team) in a matrix.

• Project Management.

• Collaborating across boundaries.
