Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Intern - Technical Trainer to join our training team. The ideal candidate will be an M.E./M.Tech graduate in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or its allied branches, passionate about technology and education. This role will provide you with hands-on experience in technical training, curriculum development, and learner engagement within an edtech environment. You will assist senior trainers, develop training materials, and deliver training sessions to students, helping them achieve their learning goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Development: Create, update, and refine training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on exercises, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and learning objectives.
• Assist in Curriculum Development: Collaborate with senior trainers to design, develop, and update training materials, including presentations, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
• Training Delivery: Conduct technical training sessions under the supervision of senior trainers, ensuring content is delivered effectively to meet the learning objectives.
• Learner Support: Provide guidance and support to students during training sessions, helping them understand complex technical concepts.
• Technology Utilization: Utilize various educational technologies and our platform to enhance the learning experience, including integrated development environments (IDEs), and collaboration tools.
• Evaluation: Assist in the creation and evaluation of assessments to measure learner progress and effectiveness of training programs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with program management specialists and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of training programs.
• Willingness to Travel: Be prepared to travel to different locations as required for delivering training sessions and participating in training-related activities.

Qualifications:

• M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE) or related branches.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, programming languages, and software development processes.
• Passion for teaching and the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using educational technologies and tools.
• Willingness to travel to various training locations as needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in technical training or teaching.
• Familiarity with popular programming languages and frameworks (e.g., C++, Python, Java, .NET, etc.).
• Knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices, such as Agile and DevOps.
