What we are looking for:We are seeking a delivery-focused Technical Recruiter to join us on a fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in attracting and hiring top-tier talent, primarily focusing on software engineering and other technical positions. You'll own the end-to-end recruitment process—from sourcing to onboarding—ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout.
This role is ideal for someone who knows what great talent looks like, thrives in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments, and can hit the ground running. If you have a proven track record of successfully hiring technical roles and are passionate about connecting people with impactful opportunities, we’d love to hear from you!
This role will initially be a 3 month fixed term contract helping us hit some big goals in the first quarter of this year, though there is lots of potential for extension on that initial term. We are looking for someone that can start ASAP. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and engaging candidates to facilitating interviews and closing offers, with a focus on technical roles such as Software Engineers and other key tech positions.
  • Keep our hiring bar high and be a talent consultant to both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and desired candidate profiles, ensuring alignment throughout the process.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience by communicating effectively at every stage of the process.
  • Deliver against key business hiring objectives by consistently meeting deadlines, providing quality candidates, and adapting to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
  • A strong track record of delivering against hiring goals, particularly for software engineering and other technical roles.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to find and engage top talent through proactive methods.
  • A solid understanding of the tech landscape and key technical skill sets to evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track metrics, analyze results, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
  • Passionate about creating an exceptional candidate experience and fostering a positive hiring culture.
  • Ability to hit the ground running and work autonomously towards clear hiring goals.
