The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader with hands-on experience in focused technical recruiting. You will be instrumental in building high-performing technical teams by sourcing and hiring top-tier talent through innovative and targeted recruitment strategies.
Post job openings on relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels.
Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.
Draft compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions.
Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent.
Continuously improve the candidate experience across all touchpoints.
Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.
Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and recruiting events.
Perform other recruitment and HR-related administrative duties as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; background in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred
Minimum 1+ years of focused experience in technical recruiting
Proven success with proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Dribbble
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-first mindset
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
