About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and natural leader with hands-on experience in focused technical recruiting. You will be instrumental in building high-performing technical teams by sourcing and hiring top-tier talent through innovative and targeted recruitment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

  • Post job openings on relevant job boards, social platforms, and internal channels.

  • Proactively source and screen qualified candidates for technical roles.

  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.

Strategic Hiring

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and role requirements.

  • Draft compelling job descriptions tailored to technical positions.

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract high-caliber technical talent.

  • Continuously improve the candidate experience across all touchpoints.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule interviews and prepare interview materials.

  • Represent the company at job fairs, tech meetups, and recruiting events.

  • Perform other recruitment and HR-related administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources; background in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred

  • Minimum 1+ years of focused experience in technical recruiting 

  • Proven success with proactive sourcing on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Behance, Dribbble

  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a team-first mindset

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Experience working with ATS systems and recruitment tools
