Role Overview
As a Technical Recruiter at Fractal Analytics, your primary role will involve managing the entire recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates and coordinating with hiring teams and other recruiters. You'll be responsible for understanding the specific needs of service/product delivery teams and aligning your recruitment strategy, accordingly, ensuring a high rate of successful placements through effective sourcing, assessment, and closing techniques.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
Delivering Full Life Cycle Recruiting with a strong ability to source, screen, interview candidates, prepare candidates for interviews, and close candidates and hiring managers.
Collaborating with hiring teams to understand and deliver in alignment with their service/product delivery.
Collaborating with a team of global recruiters, sourcing, and recruiting coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search and placement, process improvement, and strategy development.
Collaborating with hiring teams to deliver effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations. Pipelining candidates through pro-active market research and ongoing relationship management; demonstrating the ability to anticipate hiring manager preferences through high offer-to-interview ratios.
Qualifications:
4+ years of IT recruiting experience.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Experience with professional social media sites, Application Tracking System/Customer Relationship Management tool(s), and Boolean searching.
Excellent time management skills.
Ability to work independently, multi-task, and adhere to deadlines.
Has attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency with MS Office is required.
Excellent communication, follow-up, and negotiation/closing skills.
Strong team focus and commitment to continuous improvement and overall company growth.
Must be willing to work night shifts (U.S. PST or CST), there may be flexibility on timings.
Must be well-versed in the use of LinkedIn.
Experience negotiating wage and salary rates with candidates.
Validation of resumes for experience and verification of work status.
Have a clear understanding of benefits, compensation, U.S. Visa/ employment types, and terms like W2, U.S. Citizen, GC, OPT and CPT, etc.
