We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to join our team and support our growing organisation. This role will focus on recruitment, for niche roles in the Cloud, Data, AI and ML space under Banking/Telco/Retail domains.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Maintain knowledge of all relevant hiring laws and regulations
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Provide recommendations to hiring managers on candidate selection and compensation packages.
- Utilise various recruitment channels and tools to source candidates, including social media, job boards, university connections and recruitment agencies.
- Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of local labour legislation.
- Local candidates based in the Philippines will be preferred.
- Willing to work blended, onsite and remote. Willing to travel within ASEAN.
- Develop, implement, and refine recruitment processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct regular reviews of processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline Recruitment operations.
- Monitor and analyse metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and specialisation in recruitment or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment
- Strong understanding of processes, policies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and manage recruitment operations across multiple countries.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
