Role Overview

Mytra’s Program Management Office is looking for collaborative, high energy PMs to own the design, test, and NPI launch of our robot and AI-powered autonomous material flow systems.

As a Technical Program Manager you’ll deliver cutting edge robotics, software and automation systems for an early stage start up, collaborating with hardware, software, firmware, systems, AI and robotics engineers to develop our product, as well as manufacturing and supply chain to deliver and scale the design into production. You’ll have the opportunity to own the overall program timeline and drive results across a cross-functional team.

What you’ll be doing

• Create the timeline and develop program plan for design execution, R&D build planning, and Engineering, Design and Production Validation Testing of our robot and autonomous systems
• Managing the full project lifecycle of product development and will be responsible for improving efficiency, removing roadblocks, and ultimately ensuring the Systems, Robotics and Software engineering teams’ success.
• Collaborating and communicating with leadership, internal engineering, and external design resources to escalate risks and drive execution
• Tracking project progression and initiating corrective actions when risks are identified.

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field

• You’re familiar with Notion, Jira, Asana or any other task/project management platform. Being well-versed in scrum/agile workflows is a bonus.
• You can convey complex ideas and technical concepts to a diverse audience.
• Openness, inquisitiveness, and constant ambition are important values.
• You have delivered a high-volume product, or worked in manufacturing, factory or warehouse environments.

Salary Range / Pay Disclosure

The base salary range for this full-time position is $120k - $185k. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that the base salary range provided in this posting does not include any bonus, equity, or benefits you may be eligible for.

Location

Hybrid, San Francisco Bay area preferred; Hands-on, working with engineers and technicians on the hardware.

Some travel may be required, depending on customer deployments. If Remote, expect to travel to HQ at least on quarterly basis, with increased travel for key phases of scope, build and delivery.
