Description of Role
Yobi’s most important asset is its consented data, which it sources from a wide source of partners. In this role as Technical Program Manager, Data Monetization, you will drive the development and implementation of processes, programs, products, and services that support our data monetization efforts. The TPM will apply their background in software engineering and technology to provide cross-functional leadership to build alignment for efforts such as product architecture and solutions to complex technical needs.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to define and align on program goals and requirements.
Identify and manage cross functional dependencies, risks, and unknowns
Establish scope, schedule, and technical resources for large scale projects
Drive execution of technical analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases.
Own plans to effectively and proactively communicate program status, issues, and risks across a complex stakeholder environment.
Influence product roadmaps and strategy to align with broader company commercial goals.
Reduce operational overhead and improve automation across the company.
Qualifications
6+ years of software engineering or technical program management experience.
Bachelors in computer science or similar technical discipline
A strong understanding of software engineering, software development, and project management fundamentals.
Experience with end-to-end delivery of technical programs or products
Background in building or applying privacy enhancing technologies
Knowledge of requirements gathering, scoping, and capacity planning.
Demonstrated ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with managing large bureaucratic partner organizations
Nice-to-haves
Awareness of current technology trends, particular
Experience with analyzing, troubleshooting, and problem solving in large-scale systems.
Experience with products in the Microsoft Azure ecosystem
