We're seeking a skilled and innovative Technical Program Manager, AI Research to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the success of our AI and clinical research projects from ideation to proof of concept (POC) development, ensuring they align with our mission and business objectives. You'll manage dedicated research teams and work closely with internal and external specialists to understand their needs, extract their wants, and create comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs).

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the ideation and conceptualization of AI and clinical research projects.
  • Develop and manage POCs, ensuring alignment with company goals and research objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal and external specialists, including radiologists, AI researchers, and medical professionals, to gather requirements and translate them into detailed PRDs.
  • Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration to ensure seamless project development and transition to the production phase.
  • Drive research and innovation initiatives, staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, MRI technology, and medical research.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Report on project status, KPIs, and other relevant metrics to senior leadership.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with research and POC projects.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, overseeing AI and clinical research projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, fostering cross-functional teamwork and alignment.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, MRI technology, and medical research.
  • Ability to translate technical details into user-friendly language and vice versa.
  • Experience working with QA, Product, and Engineering teams, ensuring products meet quality standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering impactful and innovative products.
  • MS or PhD degree in AI, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
  • Track record of publications and intellectual property (IP) development.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and FDA processes is a plus.

  • Successful ideation and development of POCs.
  • Effective collaboration with specialists to understand needs and create comprehensive PRDs.
  • Timely and within-budget delivery of research projects.
  • Seamless transition of POC projects to production with minimal disruptions.

  • The base salary for this role ranges from $130,000-$190,000 in local currency, depending upon experience
