Voxel is seeking a Mid to Senior level Technical Implementation Specialist to oversee the deployment of Voxel's cutting-edge Edge Devices at customer sites. This role bridges technical expertise and operational execution, ensuring seamless installation and integration of our AI-powered safety and operations platform. What You’ll Do
Manage the end-to-end deployment of Voxel service, including SoW, installation planning, and troubleshooting, ensuring on-time and successful installations.
Serve as the primary technical lead for customer deployment, configuring devices, optimizing network settings, and ensuring compatibility with existing security camera and IT systems.
Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success) and external stakeholders to deliver seamless implementations on time and within scope.
Communicate directly with customers to troubleshoot deployments quickly and effectively.
May require travel to customer sites for installations, assessments, and troubleshooting, representing Voxel’s commitment to exceptional service.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field—or bring equivalent technical experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience in a technical or implementation-focused role, ideally in enterprise or field deployment settings.
You know your way around Linux systems and feel confident using the CLI for diagnostics, scripting, and configuration.
comfortable with networking concepts, and knowledgeable on how security cameras work in a network.
Organized and resourceful—able to manage multiple deployments and stay on top of shifting timelines without losing sight of the details.
Clear communicator, especially when working directly with customers, and you know how to break down technical ideas into practical steps.
