Technical Domain Leader Identity

Hybrid, 2 days office Bucharest

Main scope of the role:

The candidate :

• will not manage people or manage budget, but can be in charge of some purchase orders - will manage outsourced services based in India-> meeting organization with outsourcers (frequency can be different regarding the level of the incident) ;
• checking that reportings are fine
• has to know technically the domain and check that the technical actions are well done, but he isn't the one who do those actions
• will be in charge to produce the roadmap (twice a year) in term of obsolescence and security (ex : patches campaigns)
• will be in charge to manage day to day delivery : daily review of incidents, major incident management (during the day or on call), meetings with external stakeholders (HCL or Tata Consulting) to follow crisis / actions / change preparation ... ; communication and coordination with internal stakeholders
• will be in charge of Maintaining Technology Standards.
• Advising in implementing, deploying & updating infrastructure & applications ensuring successful delivery of IT requirements

Responsabilities & tasks (additional information):

• Maintain & Upgrade all the solutions:
• he must be able to define the roadmap, follow it and report on it
• he must deal with the providers to identify what will be the best solution
• he works with architects and cyber security team
• he has to evaluate the cost of the project, to prepare all the presentation to have validation in committees

Internal stakeholders: Interacts with other technical domains and with applicative divisions to planify report and coordinate day-to-day operation

Works with architects and cyber security team in case of project; major incidents or to prepare change

Contracts (outsourcing and services) / external ressources management: Manages contracts (outsourcing / services) : supervises outsourcers based in India who realized the day-to-day activities, coordinate them (L1 & L2)- Relations with publishers and providers of technical solutions

Candidate's profile: Between 6 to 10 years of experience in IS- Has to have an global knowledge of the technical domain, knows the different products of the market.

Educational Background: Engineer background

Relevant Experience & projects:

• Preparation and management of complex changes (on technical domain)
• Ability to manage projects such as: minor or major releases on managed IT products, product roadmap definition
• Ability for coordination, organization, risk management and project management

Technical skills - tools & technologies :

• Good knowledge of Active Directory management, Entra ID and Microsoft tenants management
• Experiences on Privilege Access Management, Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Pass are nice to have;

Certifications (ITIL,)

• Coordination of production activity related to ITIL processes: incident management, change management, problem management, CMDB management
• Ability to work alsi in Agile environments
