Key Duties & Responsibilities
A Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) is a critical role within the Strategy organization that serves as a SME on cyber security and AI, industry use cases, industry security products, thought leadership, strategy development, technical content generation, speaking engagements, and knowledge sharing and mentorship.
Technical Subject Matter Experts assist with the following: strategic customer engagements, security and AI consulting or advisory, AI speaking engagements, AI Compliance checklists, AI Marketing material, GTM AI enablement, RFP responses, technical whitepapers, and AI Compliance.
Expertise in Cybersecurity and AI: SMEs at Darktrace are expected to have deep knowledge and experience in cybersecurity and AI, including understanding of various threats, attack vectors, and defense strategies.
Product Knowledge: They should possess a thorough understanding of Darktrace's products and services, including their capabilities, implementation, and optimization.
Client Support: SMEs provide technical guidance and support to Darktrace's clients. This includes assisting with consulting strategy, security advice, AI expertise, and optimizing Darktrace's cybersecurity solutions.
o Consulting and Advising: They advise clients on best practices for utilizing Darktrace products effectively within their cybersecurity strategies. This may involve conducting assessments, making recommendations, and providing ongoing support.
