Job DescriptionThe Technical Data Scientist plays a crucial role in advancing the data maturity of the Digital department by owning and delivering the group-wide data science roadmap. This role will drive innovation and business impact by leveraging cuttingedge AI, machine learning (ML), and advanced analytics to solve complex challenges.
The Technical Data Scientist will develop, deploy, and optimize scalable data science solutions, including predictive models, AI/ML-powered decision engines, and automation frameworks that deliver measurable commercial value. This includes integrating cloud-based, real-time, and MLOps best practices to 
ensure robust, production-ready solutions. Leading the end-to-end lifecycle of data science initiatives, this role will take solutions from ideation and prototyping to production deployment, continuous monitoring, and refinement. The Technical Data Scientist will transform complex, unstructured data into actionable insights, communicating findings through data storytelling and visualization to empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
